报告题目：Meromorphic solutions of higher order delay differential equations

报告摘要： We study the higher order delay differential equations $$w(z + 1) − w(z − 1) + a(z)w^{(k)}(z) w(z) = R(z, w(z)),$$ and $$w(z + 1) + a(z)w^{(k)}(z)w(z) = R(z, w(z)),$$ where $k$ is a positive integer, $a(z)$ is a rational function and $R(z, w)$ is rational in $w$ with rational coefficients. We obtain necessary conditions on the degree of $R(z, w)$ for these delay differential equations to admit a subnormal transcendental meromorphic solution. These results generalize some of the previous results by Halburd and Korhonen [Proceeding of AMS 2017] to higher order case. Some examples are given to support our conclusions. This is a joint work with Prof. Korhonen and Dr. Yu Chen.

报告人介绍：

曹廷彬，男，南昌大学教授、博士生导师、赣江特聘教授。担任江西省数学会常务理事，入选江西省杰出青年人才计划，东芬兰大学访问学者(2014.06-2015.05)。2007年获山东大学博士学位。目前感兴趣于复分析中Nevanlinna理论、数论中Diophantine逼近理论、复微分理论、tropical代数几何等领域研究。研究成果在《Bull. Sci. Math.》、《Israel J. Math.》、 《Ann. Mat. Pur. Appl.》、《Ann. Acad. Sci. Fenn. Math.》、《Comptes Rend us Mathematique》、 《中国科学:数学》等国内外著名数学期刊上录用发表 80 多篇高水平的学术论文（其中 SCI 收录 60 多篇）。曾获得国家级教学成果奖（2018年）和江西省高等学校科技成果奖（2011年）。担任德国《Zentralblatt MATH.》和美国《Mathematical Reviews》评论员、国际杂志《Differential Equations & Applications》和《南昌大学学报（理科版）》编委。主持了国家自然科学基金（面上、地区、青年）及省部级科研基金共10多项。共培养了20多位硕士和博士研究生。
